Prof. Vaibhav Chaudhary, affectionately known as ‘Pepe,’ is a dedicated educator and visionary leader in the fields of education, data science, and entrepreneurship. With several years of teaching experience, Pepe’s journey began at the school level and evolved into a distinguished career as a university faculty member and mentor. He has served as a Visiting Faculty at NMIMS University, Mumbai, teaching both in-person and online since 2018. His teaching portfolio spans Asia, Europe, and the Americas, where he has trained Founders, CEOs, CTOs, Directors, and senior academics from renowned institutions like Columbia University, Rutgers University, and IIM Bangalore. Pepe has also guided senior executives from leading organizations such as JP Morgan, SAP, and Deloitte, and mentored students from various universities, focusing on designing impactful courses and nurturing talent.

As a data scientist and statistician with over 8 years of experience, Pepe has worked as the Lead for Big Data in the Andean Initiative at CGIAR and as Co-PI for the CCAFS project, contributing to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. His expertise lies in leveraging advanced statistical methodologies, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to address complex management and public policy challenges. Recognized as the youngest international researcher at CGIAR’s head office, Pepe has built strong global partnerships through projects funded by governments in Spain and France and esteemed foundations like the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Pepe’s entrepreneurial ventures are equally impressive. While studying at India’s most entrepreneurial university, he managed operations for a startup and later expanded his impact through non-profits in Peru and startups in the Philippines and India. In 2023, he founded InnoTech Consultants (InnoCon), specializing in AI/ML and software solutions. His leadership also led a university to 10X its entrepreneurial ecosystem. Currently, he heads the Startup & Entrepreneurship Special Interest Group for IIT Bombay and its alumni, bridging academia, industry, and policy to drive innovation.

Janada is a senior finance professional with 15+ years’ experience in management consulting. She has deep expertise in business and finance transformation, as well as strategic performance management, and has successfully led cross-cultural transformation teams in Europe, the US and Africa. At the Weir Group, a global manufacturing company, she manages the team which provides assurance over the financial and operational controls of businesses in over 50 countries and uses data analytics to provide strategic business insights and manage risks.

Janada has also worked in 2 of the Big 4 accounting firms (PwC and Deloitte) where she acquired a vast knowledge in IFRS and US GAAP. She demonstrated this knowledge in designing an efficient Chart of Accounts for Lloyds Banking Group which facilitated adherence to regulatory reporting requirements (US SEC and UK FCA). She has also been involved in several SOX Readiness Assessment, SOX Implementation, and Financial Due Diligence projects. Janada is based out of London.

While with the award-winning finance and risk management advisory firm, Novo Altum, Janada undertook IPO Readiness Assessment projects. She was also responsible for the design of the Finance Shared Services Model for the FinTech company Finastra (then Misys) which included defining the optimum location strategy. Other industries where Janada has relevant experience include digital (AKQA, Appnovation) and retail (Tesco).

She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) with an MBA from Cranfield University.

While based in the Pacific Northwest, Drew represents clients around the country and across the world. Drew handles a wide range of corporate transactions, including formations, corporate governance, convertible and preferred equity financings, and business combinations.

Drew also maintains a burgeoning political and election law practice in Washington State. He is lead counsel for two different redistricting cases currently pending before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, and he has represented Republican candidates, political committees and activists in matters ranging from ballot eligibility to campaign finance compliance.

Outside of his legal practice, Drew represents Washington’s 31st Legislative District in the State House of Representatives. He currently serves as the Ranking Member on the House Appropriations Committee and is part of the House Republican leadership team. He has previously served as the Minority Floor Leader and as Chairman of the Select Committee on Pension Policy. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Auburn Valley YMCA.

Drew is a lifelong Washingtonian and has been married to his wife Ashley for 14 years. Together they have three boys, Jack (age 8), Eli (age 6) and Walker (age 1), and a border collie named Scout. When Drew isn’t working, he enjoys hiking and camping throughout Washington with his family.

Drew graduated cum laude from University of Notre Dame Law School and earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University, where he also studied mathematics and history.

Concurrent with this role, John leads governance over the company’s global physical security protection strategies, visitor and employee access management programs, security technology, risk and threat management programs, global contract security guard program, security integration of acquired business entities and the Global Security Operations Center with its global regional hubs within Brazil and India.

Prior to his tenure with UnitedHealth Group, John served 4 years as an Associate Director - U.S. Corporate Security, at Bayer where he was responsible for managing and providing direction to site and business senior leadership regarding physical security operations, security policy development, crisis management, contract security force management, biosecurity initiatives, criminal/compliance investigations and workplace violence prevention training initiatives.
